Garden Collection - Phase 2B.2

This is an exclusive area in Phase 2B.2 of Mount Royal where only 21 full title group housing stands is currently being developed.

The installation of all internal services (roads, electricity, water, stormwater, sewer and fibre) has commenced in October 2024 and is scheduled for completion in May 2025.

The selling of stands is scheduled to commence in January 2025 whereafter the new owners can start with the construction of their dream homes in the Swartland Vernacular building style of which the majority overlook the new golf course and have views of Table Mountain.
