Garden Collection - Phase 2B.1

This is an exclusive area in Phase 2B.1 of Mount Royal where only 22 full title group housing stands have been developed.

The installation of all internal services (roads, electricity, water, stormwater, sewer and fibre) has been completed and the first transfers of stands to the new owners started in November 2024.

72 % of stands have been sold.

New garden homes overlooking the new golf course, all in the new Swartland Vernacular building style will commence early in January 2025.
