Consisting of 203 freehold single residential and group housing stands. Sub-phase 2A and 2B consisting of 119 stands have been completed with limited number of properties still for sale.
Phase 3
Consisting of 220 freehold single residential and group housing stands which are planned for installation of all services and sale after completion of phase 2 in 2026.
